Title : eLearning Web Designer/Developer
JOB DURATION : 6+ months
LOCATION : Highland Hills, OH
Client is looking for a creative web developer / graphics artist to design and
develop company web content and assist in the development of high quality and
dynamic eLearning products and learning portals. The focus of this person needs
to be on development and execution using current technology and not just be a
designer. The person needs to be a well rounded expert with web technology and
do both design and implementation.
Required Skills:
Captivate, Flash, HTML/XML, Adobe, Developer, Development, Graphics,
JavaScript, Multimedia, Quality, Training Simulations, Software, Web, Web-based
Training, Web Developer, Microsoft Silverlight.
Qualifications:
Experience developing interactive eLearning courseware and/or assets.
Expert level experience creating interactive training courses using Adobe
Captivate as a simulation tool combined with Flash and multi-media.
Experience with Learn.com a significant plus.
Proficiency with integrating Flash Video.
Must have a solid understanding of multimedia (audio, video, flash) development
for the web. Audio recording/editing - proficiency a plus.
Collaborate with subject matter experts of content to develop a variety of
eLearning solutions.
Expert in MS Office, Captivate, graphic/multimedia development.
Overall experience in web design/development.
Develop new & enhance existing web applications using HTML, XML Templates, web
technologies.
Ability to develop creative designs.
Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently creating solutions.
Ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and experience levels.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Silverlight a plus.
