Hello! I have a 6+ month contract position for a *Sr. Business Analyst at Wells Fargo Bank* in downtown San Francisco, CA.

Please make sure you have the below highlighted requirements.* *Job Description/Requirements:* Applicant will serve as a key conduit with Product Managers, Information Architects, User Interface Designers, Project Managers and various members of the development community, may be asked to work closely with Product Managers to define and document high-level business requirements, may be asked to explain high-level business requirements to Sizing and Scheduling Committee, model business processes (BPM), model data (business view of data such as an entity relationship diagram – ERD), facilitate discussions and write detailed business requirements and use cases, may be asked to prepare State Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams (UML), facilitate walkthroughs of detailed business requirements and use cases, as necessary, prepare change control requests and make appropriate revisions to detailed business requirements and use cases, may be asked to perform some functional testing and provide any clarifications on detailed business requirements, and provide project status. The ideal candidate *possesses an MBA and a BA/BS degree in information science, business administration or other applicable degree*, *8+ years of relevant business analysis experienc*e in *preparing business requirements*, *use case diagram* and use cases, *business process modeling (BPM),* data modeling and Unified Modeling Language (*UML - State Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams*), have excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership and teamwork skills, strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills, creative and strong customer-oriented mindset, self-starter, strong organizational skills, great attention to details, as well as the ability to learn new products, systems, applications and technologies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, knowledge of project life cycle for web applications using various methodologies such as iterations and *agile/SCRUM *. *REQUIRED Skills:* *Banking industry knowledge and experience*, product and or project management experience, knowledge of internet technologies, *knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA),* *knowledge of user interface design, and functional testing experience.* *EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED!* Please send resumes!
