Position : *QA (Investment Banking experience must)* Duration : *6+ months* Location : NY Client : *Large Investment Bank* Description: Description As Engagement Coordinator – Drives implementation of Cognizant frameworks & tools globally – Drives critical process / project implementation across Prime Services areas, including, but not limited to, – KPIs, QC tool standardization, Automation reporting, status packets, communications for Dev and Business Mgmt – Coordinates with CS Sr QA Leads to capture Cognizant activity & produce vendor productivity report – Escalation point for on-shore / off-shore resources for career aspirations & cultural perspective; escalates on-shore team issues to CS Sr. QA Leads – After hours program level reporting to CS Off-Shore Manager and Off-Shore Coordinator; sync-up – Directly reports to Global QA Manager Qualifications *Essential:* We are looking for an Engagement Coordinator who has 10+ yrs background in full life-cycle testing management, methodologies and processes. Individual will be part of a Global Team and as such, his / her experience must include managing on-shore or off-shore resources.
