This is my direct client opening for *System Software Programmers** (QA) - Columbia, SC. *This is a 6 months contract position. This position is for the development of QA processes and automated test scripts for EIP Web Applications. Candidate will be responsible for reviewing project requirements and developing and executing corresponding Test Cases. Candidate will develop and execute Unit Tests, Functional Tests, and Performance Tests for Java and Ruby/Rails applications. Candidate will report code defects to developers in Issue Tracking System (Eventum), and may assist with issue resolution. Candidate will perform code reviews for a Java and Ruby/Rails applications, and make recommendations for performance improvements.
