Role: Siebel Business Analyst/Developer Location: Concord, MA Duration 6 months Description: We immediately need an experienced Siebel Analyst as part of the support team within the MIS organization. This is role will entail requirement gathering, analysis of given requirements, problem analysis and extensive QA activities. Required Skills: · Degree in computer science or equivalent. · 5 years experience in IT industry with minimum 3 years of hard core experience in Siebel. · Should possess working experience of an additional Siebel Horizontal application (Call Center, Service, Sales etc.) and experience with at least one Siebel portal application (for e.g. eChannel, eService, eMarketing etc.). · The Individual must be highly self-motivated, inquisitive, with a proven track record of achieving goals, delivering highest standards of quality and meeting milestones with an ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
