*• Responsible for project management and facilitation of testing phase
activities for medium to large scale client driven enterprise projects.*
*• Responsible for developing schedules, managing risks and tasks, and
communicating metrics and status toward the successful completion of all
assigned projects.*
*• Makes presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and
expected results. *
*• Interfaces and communicates with all areas affected by the assigned
projects including, but not limited to, the PMO, other project managers,
business management, functional department leads, internal and external end
users, customers, and vendors.*
*• Serves as a role mentor for other project managers from around the
company.*
*• Responds to operational issues and information requests within defined
areas of responsibility as required.*
*• Assists in the capture, documentation, refinement and evolution of the
PMO supported standards, policies, procedures, practices and toolkit.*
*• Maintains a high quality of service, deliverables and content.*
*• Supports the implementation and maintenance of company level strategic
goals and objectives.

Requires: Excellent test management experience.*
*• Requires: Mercury Interactive Quality Center experience.*
*• Requires: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in computer science or business
related field).*
*• Requires: > 5 years prior business experience; Healthcare background
required, benefit administration knowledge preferred.*
*• Requires: 1 – 3 years prior project management experience.*
*• Typically incumbents matched to this function are working towards or have
achieved certification in project management.
• Requires: Experience managing and delivering medium to large scale,
complex projects.*
*• Requires: Expert level experience with Microsoft products: Project 2003,
Access, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.*
*• Requires: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.*
*• Requires: Solid understanding of project management methodologies,
theories, and team dynamics.*
