That is critical. This Consultant will be their expert on GUI tuning and must have strong communication skills to be capable of communicating well within the team as the GUI tuning Lead. The other skills required include proven web application development experience using Java, JSF, Hibernate, Ajax, DWR. And experience building frameworks for web applications using JSF. Preferable is experience using BEA Web Logic, Savvion, and/or Business Process Management (BPM). A plus is experience using maven (instead of ant), Hibernate annotations (instead of xml mappings). The project is for a large Utility Co.
