Location: Jackson, MI Position requirements include: . Develop functional specifications to support new build / defect resolution activities. . Participate in design, data mapping, data modeling, and program specification walkthroughs. Support testing for new functionality / defect resolution including development of test scenarios and scripts, execution and reporting of results using appropriate testing tools. . Develop, update and maintain business process procedures (BPPs), process documentation and functional specifications for specific assigned business processes. . Perform analysis of changes to policy or laws to identify business requirements. Assist in minor configuration activities within the application technologies. Department Specific Criteria: Knowledge of the SAP IS-U CCS FICA module and a background in Credit and Collections in the Utility Industry is highly desirable.
