The scope of work will consist of approximately 30% programming and approximately 70% system analysis, design and implementation. *Minimum Qualifications: * 1. BS/BA degree in Business, IT, MIS, Computer Science or related field and posses a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification. 2. Five (5) or more years experience in Net 2.0 and /or 3.0/3.5 Framework, SQL Server 2005, Microsoft Designer, Microsoft Office Suite, system security, user authentication and identification techniques, and general knowledge of system architectures. 3. Three (3) or more years experience in designing, developing and supporting large, highly scalable, secure, and available multi-tier web applications in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, .Net Framework, JavaScript, web services and role-based authorization methods in a complex network infrastructure environment containing multiple firewalls and disparate systems. 4. Three (3) or more years experience in designing, developing complex SharePoint Web Parts with workflow integration. 5. Three (3) or more years experience in Network Security and Authentication. 6. Two (2) or more years experience in designing, developing workflows with Microsoft Designer. 7. One (1) or more years experience in successfully deploying custom workflows for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 using Visual Studio. 8. Excellent communication skills. 9.
