Specific duties include:



1. Track project plan, milestones, and deliverables.

2. Create weekly status reports and participate in weekly status meetings.

3. Create and manage workgroups.

4. Support the Business Integration Lead and coordinate with IT directors,
Resource Managers and PMO Directors for resource assignments, creation of
project deliverables, issue resolution and escalation.

5. Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes and
action items.

6. Maintain an issues log; pro-actively work to resolve the issues and
monitor progress on issue resolution.

7. Comply with the Project Management Methodology standards.

8. Follow CMMI processes

9. Coordinate with business sponsor for business line deliverables such as
training and procedures (SOP).

10. Develop PowerPoint presentations for periodic executive management
updates.

11. Monitor and control all aspects of the project while working with a
project.solutions team.
