* Dear Partners,* We Have Client Requirement fro this Position* * Please find the job description below and kindly revert back to me with your *updated word format resume with complete contact information and Rate confirmation, ASAP* * * *Front-Office Scanning (FOS) consultant* *Duration: 12 months* *Location: **Nashville**, TN*** · Customer is implementing *Hyland's Front-Office Scanning (FOS)*solution to approximately 95 hospital facilities serviced by five *Shared Service Centers (SSCs).* · In 2008, FOS was deployed to 67 facilities served by three SSCs. · FOS provides for "point of registration" scanning and indexing of patient admission documents (e.g., insurance cards, driver's licenses, consent forms, Medicare forms, etc...) while the patient is being registered at the facility. · This project replaces an older process of making copies of documents, and transporting to an SSC later for bulk scanning and indexing. · As the 95 new facilities are being deployed in 2009, an operational support requirement for the existing 67 facilities remains to be fulfilled, and will continue to grow as the 2009 deployments go live. · The 2009 project schedule calls for concurrent deployments to multiple facilities across multiple SSCs. · Therefore, there will be multiple periods throughout the year when some facilities are going live with FOS at the same time other facilities are building and testing FOS, and at the same time other facilities are kicking off their FOS deployment project.
