Oracle database administration experience, experience with mission critical, OLTP applications preferred Responsible for complete setup, build and management of databases. ·Through understanding of backup and recovery process. Software development skills in object oriented programming in J2EE applications and Microsoft ASP or .net, .net preferred Strong shell scripting experience is a must. ·Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment, and possess very good communications skills · The Database Administrator is responsible for database administration in a mission-critical, 24/7 environment. · Good knowledge of PL/SQL, and assisting developers with writing and tuning database code.
