Identify performance optimization areas and recommend solutions. Perform impact analysis/regression testing of the changes done in the existing system. Work with offshore teams and co-ordinate development and testing. Act as a liaison between the technical and business teams to streamline conversion of functional requirements to technical specifications and eventually aid development. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience writing SQL queries 4+ years of experience with the Oracle database Experience working in financial services Experience creating technical specifications Must have experience working with Business Objects Desirable: Experience with Risk or Regulatory requirements Knowledge of Basel II Technical/Business Skills and Knowledge SQL, Business Objects, OBIEE, Java, JavaScript.
