Consultants in this role will be expected to: Customer is seeking Oracle Hyperion Planning 9.3.1 software: . Monitor incidents/problems/requests/questions . Troubleshooting and resolution of reported issues within each support area and associated interfaces . Assist project team with estimates for requested enhancements including alternatives and recommendations . Provide configuration for break/fix resolutions . Perform configuration for budgeted: _ maintenance, _ minor enhancements and _ approved Change Requests . Coordinate environment migrations . Coordinate security set-ups and ongoing support . Perform unit testing for both break/fix and maintenance/minor enhancements . Maintain and support Hyperion Planning cubes . Maintain, update, and obtain required approvals for systems lifecycle (SLC) documentation (i.e.: System Requirements Documents, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Unit Test plans, etc.) for implemented changes .Provide status updates as requested . Follow and document changes according to your Change Management and control procedures . Follow and document changes according to your standard Software Delivery Life Cycle. . Provide Subject Matter Specialist(s) to respond to requests for knowledge/information (i.e.: internal GIS teams, business groups, infrastructure support, etc.) . Execute and monitor the IT related activities associated with financials for Month Close, Quarter-end close and year-end close . Monitor the completion of batch job cycles and Correct failures with batch job cycles - Create and maintain batch jobs and schedules in the Hyperion Planning scheduling and script tools. . Perform standard data loads and monitoring and Perform ad-hoc queries . Support requests as defined in your Application Change Request system.
