MUST have the *Tax collections or County experience* Description Sr. Mainframe COBOL Programmer - (OASIS / CAMA) senior programmer is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the application development, testing, and support in production of the Open and Shared Information System (OASIS). The primary role of the developer is to actualize, in the architecture chosen, the functional requirements created through JAD sessions with internal or external customers.
