*Req #1:* Position Title: *SAP CRM* We have a great client located in *Milwaukee, WI* that is looking for an experienced SAP CRM person. This project is slated to go about 8 months. *Here are the details:* This position is for a mix of project work for a technical upgrade of SAP CRM and support of a production system. This person will work under the direction of a Project Manager and along with other Systems Analysts and internal business customers on project and production support work Having *CRM 2007 upgrade experience is ideal*. This is not a position seeking a technical person who does the hands on upgrade work. This is an analyst who ideally understands the lead and contact management capabilities of SAP CRM and can create and execute testing scenarios for IS testing, work with the business on testing, coordinates activities with both technical and business staff, provide support, gather and document business requirements, and perform "lite" project management for slices of project work and issue resolution. Skills: MS PowerPoint, Visio , MS Office 2003 *Additional Skills: * Excellent communication and organization skills. Able to successfully handle multiple assignments concurrently. Project experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with MS Project desired.
