Immediate Requirement for the *Synon Development Position*- Rate: Keep Low. Please keep in mind that these resources must be local to Chicago, Illinois and they need to have strong communication skills. *Duration: *Currently budgeted for 3 months; however, another great possibility of transferring to another project which is funded through the end of 2009 *Project Description: *Two projects are going on simultaneously - Expanding field sites (7 sites, Synon model) - Consolidating AS 400 environments (while there will still be a separate database for every location, trying to consolidate environments so users don’t have to navigate through duplicate information to complete a task) - Will work with the AS 400 team which is in St. Charles (could possibly move to Downers Grove for the right candidate) *Position Requirements: * - Ideally looking for 3-5 years of experience (fully dependant on candidate background) - Will be responsible for design, development, and implementation - Will be responsible for the creation of both hard and soft copy manifest reports daily - All work will be done on an AS 400 platform - Need programming experience with AS 400 and Synon - Candidate will be responsible for compiling information, navigating through modules and screen shots, creating library lists, etc - Must have extensive database work in their background - XML experience a plus - LANSA experience a plus *Interview Process:* - Will be a phone interview followed by an in-person interview - Candidates needed immediately, funding already approved *PLEASE SEND ME THE RESUMES TO MY OFFICIAL ID BELOW* *Best Regards* *Chris** Nihaki Systems,Inc.
