Initiates and plans business reviews involving definition and selection of new concepts and development of new or improved processes for areas identified as inefficient or costly. Process reviews may vary in nature and may impact multiple business units. Acts as liaison to business lines to ensure new products, services and technogical developments are compatible with current processes and designs. Redesigns process workflows as necessary to adapt to product, service or technology changes. Minimum Experience: 5+ years business exp, process design exp preferred. The candidate may also be required to produce reporting by exporting data from Remedy / PAC2000 and format into Excel worksheets for delivery to co workers and management. Individual will be needed to perform data maintenance within Remedy/PAC2000 to satisfy incoming requests from the process user community. The candidate should be able to look forward and help in identifying situations that may cause impact to the production environments. Some training can be provided but candidate should be familiar with *MS Excel, MS Access, Remedy, MS Outlook and MS Project*. The chosen candidate needs to be able to proficiently use various forms of communication devices to relay messages and instructions to individuals throughout several Wells Fargo locations.
