Background using Oracle SOA Suite and similar tools to build
internal/external system interfaces.

At least 2 years of experience in computer programming and/or system
analysis is required. Applicants may substitute additional relevant
education for the required experience. 3+ years experience with* Oracle CC&B
2.X to include 1 implementation lifecycle in the Utilities industry*.
Experience with *Utilities Work Asset Management (WAM) implementation* a
bonus. 2+ years *Water/Sewer Utility experience required* including business
knowledge of *CIS, Billing, Metering, Credit /Collections, Service Orders,
Payments, Rates, and Report Generation, as well as CIS system interfaces*.
Extensive hands-on experience with *Requirements, Design, Analysis,
Construction and Testing* is a must. *UNIX/Linux environment including
scripting* is desired. Must have development experience in an *Oracle
environment (10g or 11g preferred) using SQL, PL/SQL, SQR, Java, JavaScript,
XML, XAI and Micro Focus Cobol*. Prefer BI Publisher experience for reports
or applicable knowledge developing Crystal Reports. Experience with *Systems
Integration Exposure (Web Services)*. Exposure to BPEL, ESB, JDeveloper,
XSD, XSLT, XHTML, WSDL, Subversion, JMS, SOAP UI, etc., is a plus. Strong
written, verbal, interpersonal and mentoring skills required.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of
state of the art tools/technology used for developing/supporting software
applications including, but not limited to, Windows NT/2000/XP, SOA, C++,
Unix, MSVisio, MSProject, PL/SQL, .Net, XML and Web services Java, C, Cobol,
Visual Basic and visual Interpreter software.
