*Location:* Missouri <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Missouri> *Duration:* 6 months Work with consultants and users to implement *SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM)* and the SAP Leasing Solution from Final Configuration through to Go-live. Perform business process analysis and design as well as configuration in the areas of CRM Sales (specifically for Leasing Contracts), CRM Billing, and CRM Middleware. Provide ongoing support to the organization for the production system and participate in future implementations of the CSI SAP system. * * *Job Duties:* · Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems such as malfunctions and program problems. Provide front line support for users in production. · Configure CRM Sales and CRM Billing modules in SAP CRM. · Maintain, test, and monitor SAP computer programs and systems, including the coordination the implementation of new or changed SAP configuration for CRM. · Conduct Facilitated sessions and one-on-one interviews with users · Document business processes. · Create user procedures and other system documentation · Train staff and users to work with the SAP CRM system and its transactions/programs. · Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance tests of SAP functionality in the modules. · Support end-users during the unit, integration, and user acceptance testing phases. · Work with technical team to design interfaces, reports, forms, and conversions. · Participate in future implementations of the CSI design in other geographic locations.
