This position requires strong engineering and project management experience
as it relates to Contact Center Technology platforms, specifically with
regard to Nice Call Recording. This candidate should also be accustomed to a
high volume, high stress environment dealing with multiple issues and
priorities simultaneously. The position requires advanced problem solving
skills and experience within the Contact Center Technology space.
Requirements:

Knowledge or experience working in the contact center environment with a
general experience sizing, designing and deploying call recording and agent
quality management platforms.
Require knowledge and experience with the NICE Call Recording application,
including analysis and design for system deployments, or administration and
production support, and basic understanding of the quality management tools
Knowledge and understanding of telephony support, specifically around call
routing, IVR, VoIP, and trunking, including platform knowledge of Avaya and
Cisco
Ability to take end user business requirements and create thorough
documentation, including data flow and process flow diagrams.
Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment, also prioritize tasks based
on changes in clients business needs, and communicate effectively across
multiple technology and business teams.
