[Zim-wiki] Drag and drop cross-linking between files

Within a single Zim wiki, an inter-page link can easily be created by dragging from the nav outline onto the open page. I would like to be able to do the same between separate wikis. If this isn't currently possible, is there a public issue-tracker for wishlist items?
