On Ubuntu, there should be a file ~/.config/zim/accelmap that lists the
accelerator keys. The defaults are commented out, eg. ctrl-f for find:
; (gtk_accel_path Actions/PageView/show_find Primaryf)
Close all of zim, edit the file, remove the ; and set a command to a
key combo you like, eg.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that you DO NOT have to type the ampersand.
Just the backslash and the rest of code. It should work, regardless
your system language, in Windows.
