yes, same problem for both files.
It seems I started zim before the sync had completed.
But I closed and restarted zim several times once the sync had completed
and those pages were still not displayed by zim.
It works now, thanks.

Did you close/re-open Zim on the Linux side after sync'ing?
If not, you may need to manually (under Tools) "refresh index"
