Re: [Zim-wiki] Resources folder when exporting to html
I have had similar problems. My goal was to export the icons for tasks. One thing I found was that the Export single page and Print to Browser do not exporter in a way that links to resources are resolved. I ended up creating a plugin similar to Print to Browser that exports the current (single) page with the links resolved to a __resources directory. If this sounds helpful let me know and I will expand. jaap.karssenb...@gmail.com Sent by: zim-wiki-bounces+nathan.king=daimler@lists.launchpad.net 02/24/2013 11:39 PM To daniel.jons...@moderat.se cc zim-wiki@lists.launchpad.net Subject Re: [Zim-wiki] Resources folder when exporting to html On Sun, Feb 24, 2013 at 7:51 PM, Daniel Jönsson daniel.jons...@moderat.se wrote: I have some trouble with exporting my notebook to html. Feel free to create the folder if you want to use it :) And on my Windows 7 (Zim installed with windows installer) computer I find two different folders with templates. “C:\Program Files (x86)\Zim Desktop Wiki\data\templates” and “C:\Program Files (x86)\Zim Desktop Wiki\share\zim\templates”. Only changes to the first one can be seen in Zim. But by adding my template to the first path on my Windows machine I can di the export. Now the next problem appears. I want to add a nice picture on all pages like the Zim homepage. And according to the help pages I should be able to add a folder with the same name as the template (as I understand it in the template folder) and put the picture there. And then use the function “resource(filename)” to point to that folder. But when I create a folder in the template folder with the same name as the template I get an error. On Linux this is the reported error: Looks like a bug in the template lookup function. Please file a bug report and I will fix it asap.
