Hi, If I’m not mistaken, I had the same issue. I think my workaround was to install Graphviz into C:\Tools\Graphviz and then point the PATH to this directory as I believed that the blanks and brackets in the directory string could be the reason. But not sure if this could help you as you can run dot.exe… What’s the status in Zim settings / Plugins / Diagram dependencies?
