I looked at the source of some notes in which I had deleted some number list directly in the GUI, and edited over. It was some remaining list formatting. Manual formatting is fine. When I force the bullet list and number list feature of Zim the page is all mixed up on refresh. If I try this I do not see an issue. The parser will not understand it as a single list, but the numbers are preserved as typed. Can you open a bug report and attach an example page ? That way I can see what exactly goes wrong and investigate.
