That used to be the purpose of foyers in the good old days.

Quite obviously, we here on Zion also constitute double-dippers,
seeing as how the Church can't manage to provide us with a safe, warm,

according to Ms. Fletcher Stack and the accomplished Dr. Bennion, we
are an important subset of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day

Interesting article about a science study by a social anthropologist,
refers to mormons distracted by gospel hobbies as double dippers.

Whatever their secondary involvement, these double dippers are
motivated by a sense of deprivation: they are left hungry by their
Mormon faith and seek to supplement their diet with other food, she
  concluded.

I'm not convinced that Peggy would express her feelings in quite the
same terms, but I am pleased to know that your experience with this
article was uplifting.

One of the points of the article that caught my attention--the woman
conducting the study calls herself a social anthropologist. This
almost guarantees a certain morphology, uniquely characterized by a
cranium that narrows acutely toward the apex.

In my recollection anthropology used to be a fairly hard science, but
any more, it has become nothing more than politically correct voyeurism.
Far be it from such to marginalize any expression of diversity.
Unless, of course, the subjects happen to be members of one of those
nasty polygamy clans that exploits and victimizes women.
