Personally, I disagree with this and will not sign the petition.  The problem is the Road Map itself, not on what its advancement should be based on.  The Road Map, even while adhering to the principles stated in the petition, does NOT offer the best prospect of "peace and hope and life" that I pray for daily.  Let's say that the PA were, in fact, to fulfill all 3 of the stated principles.  They would then be given part of Eretz Yisrael as their own state, and this is contrary to the Torah (principles and prophecies) that I do adhere to.

When all is said and done, the fundamental principle that allows us to claim that land as ours is
that G-d, through the Torah said it is solely ours. All the other important arguments and reasonings that we present are as support around this point.
