Note that the in.iked changes are only in the bits in the SWAN, since
in.iked is not open source. Other than that, the two places are identical.
Also note that we have some design review comments (including dladm
changes suggested by PSARC) that we will review separate as deltas after
we've done the main review. We're also likely to have to deal with minor
changes as part of merging with more recent builds than build 52.
