After you create a zone, can you later set up CPU caps, numbers of
CPU's, memory and any of the other parameters. Is there list of what
cannot be change after its creation?

Yes, you can change those after zone creation. About the only thing you
can't change afterwards

At this point, not a lot.I can only think of two:the brand and the
set of inherit-pkg-dirs
Yes, you can set up ressources (CPUs caps, memory/swap, fs, net,...) after you
create a zone. and It requires a reboot.
But you can't convert sparse zone to whole root zone and vice versa.
