Actually you can add devices on the fly.
mknod them from a global zone. However I'm not sure if it will work for data
link in exclusive zones.

But you can't change L privileges set for any process in a zone
unfortunately.

Yes, you can set up ressources (CPUs caps, memory/swap, fs, net,...) after you 
create a zone. and It requires a reboot.
 
But you can't convert sparse zone to whole root zone and vice versa.

After you create a zone, can you later set up CPU caps, numbers of CPU's, 
memory and any of the other parameters. Is there  list of what cannot be change 
after its creation?
