Hi, from the M5000 XSCF Users Guide (taken from http://docs.sun.com) on page 2-122: -- Before dividing a PSB into XSBs or changing the memory mirror mode, make sure that the PSB is not assigned to any domain (system board pool state; unassign). --
So the answer to your question is NO. But you may dynamically remove one PSB from the running domain (one is left as Uni) if requirements for DR (dynamic reconfiguration) are fulfilled. Then define this removed PSB as Quad-XSB and assign the XSBs as needed (maybe 01-00,01-01 to running domain and 01-02,01-03 to new domain).
