Does anyone know how the zone install process decides what order to
install packages in?
SUNWcsr is installed very late in the process but some bits it provides
are needed by a third party package which is being installed early.
It doesn't look to be in alphabetic order and it also doesn't look to be
taking the "depend" file in each package into account since many
packages say they depend on SUNWcsu yet are installed before it.
