We don't have dynamic configuration yet, but it is on our todo list:	http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/ZooKeeper/ClusterMembershipso for now I believe you would have to reconfigure manually and restart the cluster. You probably want to do a rolling restart, this is preferable over
restart the cluster as the service will not go down.
