No, it just means that you would have to call unmanaged code from you c# 
application:

I'm not aware of anyone compiling the ZK c client code under visual 
studio though, so you'd probably have to get that working first. Doesn't 
seem particularly difficult to me but I'm not familiar with porting 
unix/posix code to VS env.

I was browsing through your website and saw on the main screen

this statement :

We have Java and C interfaces to Zoo Keeper for the applications themselves, 
and someday we hope to get Python, Perl, and REST interfaces for building 
applications and management interfaces.

Does this mean zookeeper cannot be used by C#.NET application?
