the German speaking Zope Users Group is having their traditional and
annual Zope conference in September. (It's our 10th conference!)
We're looking for talks, tutorials and workshops about Zope, Plone,
grok, and whatever related and interesting topics you'd like to talk
about.
Would anyone mind if I made a new release of zope.18nmessageid? It would
probably be version 3.5.0. The last release was in 2007, and the trunk code
has
optional C extension compilation (falling back to the Python Message
implementation if the C extensions cannot be compiled). Other changes

it looks like zope.sendmail should depend on transaction (because that's
what it is using, importing it) and not on the full ZODB3.
Am I missing something?

Is there any documentation on zope.proxy other than the test? I don't
speak C anymore. :)
Basically, I'm curious if it would be possible to implement translation
proxies that would allow getting and setting translated values for
certain fields.

I find ``zope.location.location.LocationProxy`` to be a good example of
its usage.
