[Zope] Empty Products folder with Zope 2.13.1

Hi, I've installed Zope 2.13.1 with easy_install and python 2.6.6 on SLES 11.1, but the Products folder in the ZMI is empty and there's no 'Help!' link on any page. Same result with python 2.7.1. Is this like it is expected to be or is this a bug? There's no error message in the event log, but du
