[Zope] GadFly DB and Zope
Hi, I am recently using the database GadFly and yesterday, I discovered with pleasure that it is part of Zope (ZGadflyDA); so, I will be happy if somebody tells me with a little example, or point me where to find some information to get GadFly interact with it Zope (just how to call field1 and field2 from the database test.gfd). [Zope] How to backup and restore a Zope application
Hi, is there a way to backup and restore a Zope application so I can move it from a coputer to another? I have seen in the utility directory but I found only "load_site.py". [Zope] Can't edit saved file
Hi, I can't edit modified and saved files and everytime I open the folder and press the edit tab I see: This is the Document. As it was the first time I create it. I am sure the file are saved on the server, because I can see them with the browser but I can't get them into the Zope editor. I am trying for hours and hours but without success. What is the trick? Zope is really difficult to manage :( . [Zope] Help needed for a new zope fan!
Hi, I have just installed Zope on Linux, Windows NT, and Windows 2000 Pro. No problem, it works. I have created a new user, and logged in. I have added a folder (id=home and Title= my home page). I opened the folder "home" and edited some text, I saved the change and "View in New Window"; I saw the result as expected in : http://localhost:8000/home . Ok. I closed my Zope very happy; but when later I tried to edit my home page I find only the text generated by Zope and I can see it only when I call it from the browser (http://localhost:8000/home). How to re-edit a page already saved? Thank you. ps. [Zope] How to write "Hello Zope!" portal?
Hi All and be patient, I am new to Zope, After I have installed Zope on my Linux box and read almost all documentation, I can't find a little example how to create: 1- a single main page as I usualy do with HTML (index.html -- the main one); 2- how to call another page (page1.html) from the main one; 3- how to insert an image; Where can I find all the steps I need to create a mini portal? [Zope] HELP: problems with ZServer Medusa!
