Readme = Document('', __name__='')
Readme.__roles__ = None
This one seems to add a README tab. If you have a README.txt file in your
Products directory it displays it.

Its been a while but I think what you say is essentially correct. If there is a README.txt it would be displayed assuming your product was initialized correctly. Also make sure you delete the product from the product management screen and restart Zope.
