Having Class wine & Drinker in relation.
Drinker can drink (0-N) wines.
Want to do a query like :
MyListOfWine = wine where driker like 'Emmanuel' (Pseudo code)
Is there a way to do that in ZODB ?

Indeed it does. As a result, it doesn't help at all for O-R mapping.
I've heard that PJE's DataSkins (part of ZPatterns) have features which
