Since no one has worked on it for 9 months I'd say the status is  
abandoned. There's also no tests, which is bad.

[Zope-CMF] Adapterizing CMFCore.WorkflowTool

For the upcoming Plone 3.1 release, we have two PLIPs aimed at 
adapterizing workflow lookup: http://plone.org/products/plone/roadmap/217


and adapterizing workflow status and history: 
http://plone.org/products/roadmap/221


Ideally these should both go into CMF. What are the current plans for 
the next CMF release?


While #221 can probably be deferred for Plone 3.2 and so go straight 
into CMFCore, the need for #217 is more immediate, as it would better 
support CMFPlacefulWorkflow which is supplied with Plone. Regardless, 
the medium term goal is to have the functionality of both in CMFCore, so 
feedback from CMF developers would be very welcome.
