SkinnableObjectManager.__of__ has this code:

LOG('CMFCore', ERROR, 'Unable to setupCurrentSkin()',
error=sys.exc_info())
In an application we're seeing many ConflictErrors wrongly catched here.
I'm changing it to at least reraise the ConflictError directly.
