I saw some like that which went away when I did 'make clobber inplace'
in my Zope 2.9 checkout. Don't know if that helps.
This sounds like a 2.9 installation issue to me. Tests run fine for
me on a 2.9 branch install that's a few days old (installation was a
pain in the butt again because of the make/make install breakage).
