I want to transfer the word document/excel or PDF file across the net
through SOAP call.
I already establish the connection with two Zope servers with SOAP call. Now
I want to transfer any type of file to the server as a parameter of a
method. I could transfer the XPDL and text file but not

Would you be able to write a short test case that demonstrates the
failure mode that you're seeing in your existing code? It would be nice
to understand the failure before blindly reenabling the old behavior
because it really is DWIM.
