We have a system in place, but we're having some JS-related performance issues we're sorting out. We'll instructions as soon as we have things sorted out. For now, you can send me a note to request an account. You'll then get emailed a link to let you enter your password. That will get you to the next stage. :) Jim -- Jim Fulton http://www.linkedin.com/in/jimfulton ___ Zope-Dev maillist - Zope-Dev@zope.org https://mail.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zope-dev ** No cross posts or HTML encoding! ** (Related lists - https://mail.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zope-announce https://mail.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zope )
Re: [Zope-dev] Conversion old.zope.org to static site
Hi Congrats from me too! What's the procedure of applying for commiter status at the zope.org repository now? The documentation at [1] states to request a user account at old.zope.org. If it is a static site there are no user accounts, right? I'm in the process of applying for commiter status but already stuck at the first level :( Further I have noticed two things: 1) Some pages are not recognized correctly and trigger a download (on Firefox) or show the source code (on IE): http://old.zope.org/Members/pje/Wikis/ZPatterns/HowTriggersWork.1 2) For some locations the folder contents are shown instead of the default page: http://old.zope.org/DevHome/CVS/ZopeCVSFAQ Cheers -Tom Am 14.10.2011 13:56, schrieb Leonardo Rochael Almeida: > Hi, > > Congratulations on this move, must have been a nice technical challenge. > > And although I wholeheartedly agree with it, there is a part of me > that is sad to know that the old zope.org Zope insance has been shut > down for good. > > Leo > > On Fri, Oct 14, 2011 at 11:35, Jens Vagelpohl wrote: >> Hi all, >> >> Just as a heads-up: Jim Fulton and I have converted old.zope.org to a static >> website. Re: [Zope-dev] Conversion old.zope.org to static site
Hi, Congratulations on this move, must have been a nice technical challenge. And although I wholeheartedly agree with it, there is a part of me that is sad to know that the old zope.org Zope insance has been shut down for good. [Zope-dev] Conversion old.zope.org to static site
Hi all, Just as a heads-up: Jim Fulton and I have converted old.zope.org to a static website. This allows ZC to decommission the hardware and reduces the maintenance burden for everyone involved. We have tried to keep all URLs intact and the site navigation working at the same time, which required a little creative thinking. Some of you rely on resources from the old.zope.org site, such as release tarballs of older Zope versions and other products. Please test and ensure the files you need are still where you expect them. If you have problems, just contact me off-list and I'll take a look. jens ___ Zope-Dev maillist - Zope-Dev@zope.org https://mail.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zope-dev ** No cross posts or HTML encoding! ** (Related lists - https://mail.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zope-announce https://mail.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zope )
