I am currently running Zope <-> ZSQLRelayDA <-> SQLRelay+FreeTDS <-> SQLServer on NT. Use the Sybase client libraries, with ZSybaseDA. We do that here, and it works fine (but not for much longer, byebye sqlserver...)
