Perhaps you should be thankful .. We tried to use xron a year
or so ago, and it bit us repeatedly. We dropped it and use
cron to tickle a Zope URL or to call an external method. For

I tried Xron on Windows XP environment, which works perfectly. Then, I have been trying transport my work to Linux environemnt andwork with Xron on Linux for a couple of weeks and checked many possible resources, but no luck.
