Now that we have "official" Windows Binaries for all the 4Suite tools I think the greatest barrier is dhaving to patch Zope. This will likely be addressed by providing a CVS branch for the XML integration and incorporating it all into the existing cross-platform compatible structure. Hopefully we'll have this sorted out very quickly, but at least we have eliminated 75% of the hoops in question. We're working on the rest.
