It's ok, the way the email was composed means that it will take on 3 local names as the sender when it arrives. No one else saw it coming from you.
I was concerned for a moment when I saw it, that people thought I had sent it, or even worse, that my machine was an open relay. But I think this is just a case of someone abusing not only the internet, email, zope, and us, but also RFC822.
